Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French at a native or high level is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate must be able to interact confidently with hotel senior staff, including Heads of Department and General Managers.
  • The candidate must demonstrate ownership of end-to-end incident support on behalf of users.
  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be passionate about customer service, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • The candidate must be a collaborative team player willing to assist others and share expertise.
  • The candidate must be structured, able to follow procedures, and able to help define procedures and documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for application errors in the EMMA property management system using available knowledge materials and team expertise.
  • Act as an EMMA ambassador and the single point of contact for hotels requiring application support.
  • Interact with third-party suppliers and other support teams to resolve incidents on behalf of end users.
  • Perform on-demand configurations in the property management system requested by hotels.
  • Document new processes and troubleshooting documents for the team and end users.
  • Deliver high-quality services to the Radisson Hotel Group community through service operations and delivery.
  • Operate as a point of interaction and escalation for requests for information, configuration requests, and incidents.
  • Act as an intermediary with third-party partners to ensure prompt incident resolution.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain collaboration across all parties involved in the support function.
  • Develop deep technical knowledge of the central property management system based on SAP TMSForHotels, known as EMMA.
  • Understand Radisson Hotel Group and hotel business processes and structures to provide relevant support.
Desired Qualifications
  • A recognized ITIL certification at Foundation level or above.
  • SAP certifications.
  • Experience in hospitality operations, including Front Desk, Meetings and Events, or Night Audit.
  • International work experience.
  • Experience with SAP TMSforHotels.
  • Experience with third-party property management systems such as Opera or Shiji.
  • A background in SAP functional modules such as Financial Accounting, Controlling, or Materials Management.
  • Experience in helpdesk functions such as call center or helpdesk work.
  • Experience using IT support tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
