Arrow Electronics has completed a shift of its global components business to a unified digital platform under a redesigned arrow.com. The omnichannel platform replaces the former MyArrow portal, combining product selection, purchasing, services and account management in one workflow. The update provides a unified interface for procurement and engineering customers whilst offering a more intuitive online option for those who traditionally engaged with Arrow through offline channels. The platform integrates direct access to technical design engineering, integration, supply chain services and customer support.
