Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with email, Google suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Positive mindset and attitude with a passion for rapidly scaling residential electrification.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and sales channels.
  • Work closely with product marketing to create compelling sales collateral and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Engage in sales operations tasks, such as CRM management and sales process optimization.
  • Support distribution field events, installer trainings, etc. as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and gain exposure to various aspects of our commercial business.
