The OR Scheduling Manager provides leadership and oversight for the scheduling operations that support the Charleston market ORs. This position manages OR schedulers and scheduling supervisors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and standardization across all surgical areas. Under the direction of the Perioperative Operations Director, the OR Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of surgical scheduling, maintaining block schedules within Epic, and driving effective utilization of OR time through proactive block management strategies. The OR Scheduling Manager ensures scheduling accuracy and implements best practices to support the growth of surgical services. They develop and deliver education to direct reports and the Perioperative team regarding scheduling processes and support the professional development of the scheduling team.

Additional Job Description
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher with healthcare experience. Leadership of 3-5 years would be preferred.
