- You are entering a Master 1 program in digital, web, digital marketing, or digital transformation and are seeking a 24-month alternating-work placement.
- You have strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as Figma and the basics of web development with HTML and CSS.
- You demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, initiative, self-directed learning, resourcefulness, solution research, and the ability to develop skills quickly.
- You have strong listening and communication skills and can interact directly with clients and users, producing clear and professional written and oral content.
- Maintain and update the website while ensuring the quality and relevance of published content.
- Manage user support and assistance requests, including tracking and resolving issues related to digital tools.
- Help design digital communication materials, including mockups, visuals, and banners for different communication channels.
- Create multimedia content such as videos, tutorials, and demonstrations to help users adopt tools and new features.
- Improve the user experience by identifying business needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Contribute to the department's digital-transformation projects in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of digital-content creation tools and user-accompaniment solutions is an advantage.
- Profiles that are atypical, self-taught, or undergoing career conversion are welcomed when they demonstrate motivation, potential, and willingness to learn.
