Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Sales team to articulate the Fonoa value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
  • Create and deliver product and technical presentations to new and existing customers.
  • Qualify sales opportunities through technical discovery based on needs and problems with customers.
  • Be an expert in Fonoa’s API capabilities, advocate for improvements and influence the product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
  • Drive technical discussions with customers, answering questions and providing guidance on technical features and integration.
  • Own technical scoping, gap analysis and technical implementation plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the organisation.
  • You are comfortable supporting customers on technical issues where necessary.
  • You are extremely organised and apply a methodical approach to delivering.
