Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads with the intent on upgrading/adding add-ons to increase customer spend and retention
  • Inspire small businesses to grow their business with our ever-growing suite of email and digital marketing solutions
  • Understand a basic sales methodology to conduct a value-based conversation supporting a customer's desire to continue their marketing to achieve their goals
  • Deliver against monthly conversion targets to achieve quotas
