Experience with conveyors and automation.
At least 3 years of direct field service or equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing computerized electromechanical systems.
At least 3 years of experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Perform software and hardware preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform software and hardware emergency break-fix service calls.
Refine and validate programmable logic controller coding.
Work with the facility to schedule appropriate downtime for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time, including ticket updates and closures, expenses, timesheets, and other administrative requirements.
Follow up on open issues, tickets, and escalations.
Work outside normal business hours when required to service products.
Perform other duties as required.

About The Role: The Field Engineer (FSE) provides the front line interface of ARxIUM systems to the customer. The FSE, under minimal supervision, and with broad scope of responsibility, performs field service activities involving the installation, maintenance, repair and modification of ARxIUM systems at a customer facility. The FSR must have excellent, customer centered, communication skills.

Who We're Looking For:
