- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction (within the last 5 years)
- Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
- Willingness and ability to travel for projects
- Ability to lead training, communicate effectively, and engage crews
- BCSP Certification
- Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and hands-on safety support on construction projects.
- Support large-scale projects including Data Centers, AI facilities, Mining facilities and Distribution Centers.
- Travel to major construction projects across the country to support safety activities.
- Lead safety training for project crews and engage with field crews.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards on site.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- CHST or CSP certification (or working toward one)
- MSHA Blue Card holder (surface or underground) for Mining Project Opportunities
- Experience on Data Center, AI, or Distribution projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
