  • Valid state-specific Journeyman Plumbing License.
  • A minimum of 4–5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
  • Proficiency with commercial piping systems, including PVC, copper, cast iron, and PEX.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • Strong understanding of job-site safety and compliance.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Install, inspect, and test plumbing systems, including water, gas, drainage, and vent piping.
  • Set fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pumps.
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, other trades, and supervisors to coordinate work.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines on job sites.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices when applicable.
