Requirements
  • At least one year of Gainsight experience required
  • Holding a Gainsight certification and additional professional experience in relevant fields is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Snowflake preferred
  • Ability to integrate and utilize software tools effectively within a business setting
Responsibilities
  • Oversee user accounts and permissions, perform system health checks, and manage routine data imports to ensure optimal Gainsight performance
  • Identify, rectify discrepancies in customer records, and maintain high standards of data accuracy within the Gainsight platform
  • Develop and update dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet evolving business requirements, improving visibility for CSMs and leadership
  • Assist in executing small system changes and implementing new Gainsight features to enhance user experience and platform utility
  • Partner with Customer Success Operations to align Gainsight processes with organizational goals and participate in cross-departmental initiatives
