- Adhere to standards, processes, tools, templates, and best practices that build and sustain the A-C brand.
- Review, redline, and update mechanical drawings, electrical and plumbing schematics, and bills of materials.
- Assist in writing assembly and maintenance manuals.
- Assist in coordinating system packaging and delivery.
- Assist with project estimation by providing assembly and test labor estimates.
- Ensure compliance with A-C procedures specified in the Quality Management System and other procedures specified outside the Quality Management System.
- Travel to customer sites for deliveries and on-site rework.
- Ensure safe practices at all times.
- A Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Associate degree from an accredited university.
- Electromechanical proficiency, including soldering, cable and harness assembly, connectorization, continuity checks, and basic board bring-up.
- Fabrication and assembly skills, including laser cutting, 3D printing, and precise mechanical assembly.
- Ability to execute builds from work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials with high attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot build issues and iterate quickly.
- Ability to maintain build spaces, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to drill, tap, cut, and file using hand or power tools.
