Atwell acquires Capital Civil Engineering, expanding engineering resources and expertise in the Southeast.
Atwell has acquired Terrascape Consulting, enhancing its engineering and surveying capabilities in the Southwest. Terrascape, based in Phoenix, Arizona, specializes in multi-family, affordable housing, and retail projects. This acquisition aligns with Atwell's growth strategy and follows its acquisition of SEI Engineering in January 2025. Atwell has made six strategic additions in just over a year, including firms in Delaware, Florida, and Louisiana. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
