  • Full ownership of pharmacy licensing, including compounding licenses
  • Drive licensing initiatives, including 50 states and D.C.
  • Obtain and maintain current and future pharmacy licenses
  • Maintain an understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and licensing requirements to ensure compliance
  • Manage various licenses, permits, and regulatory documents with meticulous attention to detail
  • Represent pharmacies as the point of contact for licensing and regulatory communications
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key regulatory and accreditation stakeholders
  • Adapt to new requirements and stay updated on industry changes
  • Collaborate with pharmacy management, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies for compliance
  • Review expiration dates of credentialing documents and plan for renewals
  • Establish and maintain a process for preparation, review, and completion of filings
  • Correspond with State Boards of Pharmacy licensing staff professionally
  • Coordinate with other teams to obtain materials for filings
  • Routine review of licensing-related expiration schedules and preparation of renewal applications
