Requirements
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong background in sourcing and headhunting top talent.
  • Experience utilizing and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, headhunt, and engage candidates for leadership, technical, and corporate roles across the company.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
  • Conduct thorough resume reviews, screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and corporate-cultural fit.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring across a variety of functions.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate and complete records in the ATS.
