Responsibilities
  • Deliver first point of contact support for all IT services
  • Provide prioritization and resolution of Service Requests and Incidents
  • Manage unassigned queues for Service Desk
  • Deploy and maintain end user hardware and software
  • Perform Service Desk daily checks
  • Maintain quality service delivery aligned to ITIL framework
  • Develop strong relationships across the IT department
  • Assist in office moves/relocations
  • Prepare and maintain procedures and configuration documentation
  • Identify Continual Service Improvements
  • Occasional travel to other jurisdiction offices
