What Your Day Consists Of
Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention
Maintain general office organization
Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs
High school diploma or GED (required)
Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)
Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required)
Sales and customer service experience (required)
Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies asrequired
Able toestablishand maintain effective working relationships
Able tomaintaina professional and ethical atmosphere
Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property
Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may berequiredto attend company functions in other cities

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 hourly.
Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents,
vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.
Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, andcommon areaswhile conducting tours andassistingresidents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
