The International Operation and Maintenance Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction, and operation and maintenance of Didi’s overseas production infrastructure, providing structure design consulting for overseas business, as well as infrastructure specifications and guidance. From the aspects of architecture design, change management, monitoring and alarming, capacity planning, emergency response, etc., to ensure the stability and scalability of services and other core indicators, and to continuously optimize and improve the operation and maintenance and R&D efficiency of infrastructure to help the expansion of international business.

 

This position is mainly responsible for the operation and maintenance of DiDi Chuxing’s international business IT infrastructure. It mainly includes overseas data centers and public cloud servers, virtual machines, operating systems, and basic network services such as DNS.

 

1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of overseas data centers such as server hardware, operating systems, and IT infrastructure on public clouds;

2. Responsible for troubleshooting of server hardware and operating systems;

3. Respond to user requests and assist in solving problems;

4. Ensure the stable operation of basic services such as bastion host, DNS, YUM, NTP;

5. Responsible for the design and development of various automated operation and maintenance systems.

 

1. Proficient in server hardware, operating system, computer network and other computer knowledge, familiar with Linux systems.

2. Proficiency in using more than one language (Bash, Python, Golang, etc.) for project development.

3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficient in Mandarin and English.
