Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Business negotiations skills
  • Good analytical skills

  • MS Office and Google Workspace experience
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record; must drive for company business

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead key strategic initiatives cross-functionally as assigned that align with business objectives
  • Actively engage with and challenge the sales, marketing and service teams to drive achievement of business strategy and targets
  • Visit customers, partners, and trade events to understand their business needs, competitive activities and market conditions as necessary
  • Provide analytical and strategic input into, but limited to, marketing performance, budget planning and product allocation
  • Administer and maintain regular Business Planning activities related to the execution of key objectives
  • Support decision-making with actionable insights, not just data reporting

  • Project management experience
