Requirements
  • Has 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume business-to-business environment.
  • Has a proven track record of consistently achieving 80–120% of targets.
  • Has strong skills in discovery, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
  • Is proficient with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce and other outreach and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing new deals.
  • Be accountable for revenue growth and new client acquisition.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and lead negotiations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and log all activity in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey.
