- Analyze store results with the store leader and propose proactive or reactive measures and actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety measures, standards, and procedures arising from the occupational risk prevention plan and company requirements.
- Perform store opening and closing duties equitably with the permanent team, following company procedures for schedules, store presence, cash management, truck reception, and the safety of people and property.
- Train, motivate, and functionally support the team throughout the employee journey, including onboarding and development actions, to ensure strong performance and talent development.
- Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure correct administrative management of employees and strict compliance with legal requirements regarding contracts, vacations, schedules, and absences.
