  • 12+ years of professional experience in product management in gaming or technology, or an adjacent field.
  • Extensive experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Champion Product Management – foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and security-focused product development. Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team’s success.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure game services – participate in development and deployment of secure backend systems, with a focus on preventing abuse, cheating, and securing player data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable game features – work closely with various engineering, game design, and operations teams to develop game features that prioritize both player experience and security.
  • Drive the product roadmap for game security and service infrastructure – manage the roadmap, aligning it with company goals, security standards, and player needs for both new and existing games.
  • Analyze game security metrics and player behavior – use data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement in game security and service reliability.
  • Stay current with security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies – continuously research new threats and technologies and apply that knowledge to improve the security posture of our platform.
  • Communicate technical and security requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders – translate complex security concepts into understandable requirements for cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in game and platform security – review and optimize security, performance, and scalability strategies to ensure our games meet high standards for player safety and service quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Avid gamer with a passion for Rockstar Games titles.
  • One or more titles shipped on console or PC; preferably on the Xbox and/or PlayStation consoles.
  • Experience with analytical and visualization tools like Figma, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Direct experience in software engineering, software development, data engineering, or similar.
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
