Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 4-5+ years of related work experience at a high-growth company
  • Experience supporting Engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings and designing scalable operating cadences
  • Confident self-starter that can take a task and run with it with limited supervision from executive
  • Creative problem solver who is able to anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions and make recommendations
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary
  • Comfortable adapting to a fast pace working environment
Responsibilities
  • Act as gatekeeper, time-advocate, and liaison for Executives
  • Manage a busy and ever-changing calendar and schedule
  • Handle multiple requests for the Executives' time, utilizing strong judgment in managing priority of requests, escalating as necessary for resolution
  • Create efficiency and balance for your Executives
  • Manage/assist with team meetings, team calendars, and team Slack channels
  • Act as culture champion for team: track, highlight, and celebrate important cultural/career moments such as birthdays, work anniversaries and quarterly team events
  • Gain familiarity with internal tools and systems used by team
  • Arrange travel, schedule transit, and make reservations for Executives
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetings, functions, and events including quarterly retreats and team-building offsites
  • Format documents and presentations
  • Manage and track team budgets
  • Expenses reimbursements for Executives
  • Help drive recruitment and hiring, as-needed (project management of candidate screening, schedules, process support)
  • Point person to keep the team on track and organized
  • Potentially develop new processes for a growing team
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
