Requirements
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration, Economics with demonstrated affinity with Human Resources Management
  • Experience with job architecture, career frameworks, job levelling, work strategy or skills organization will be preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Experience in working on projects

Responsibilities
  • Support and work with senior colleagues on projects with clients related to rewards strategy and programs, market analysis, pay design, career framework, job evaluation with WTW specific methodologies, work strategy skills organization.
  • Apply analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities and utilise knowledge of Human Resources.
  • Learn to understand clients’ needs and build positive relationships with clients through work.
  • Collaborate with other consultants and receive guidance from senior consultants.
  • Expand knowledge in the areas of career framework, job levelling, work strategy, skills organization and rewards.
  • Propose new ways of working to deliver best practice.
