- Bachelors/Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration, Economics with demonstrated affinity with Human Resources Management

- Learn to understand clients’ needs and build positive relationships with clients through work.
- Collaborate with other consultants and receive guidance from senior consultants.
- Expand knowledge in the areas of career framework, job levelling, work strategy, skills organization and rewards.
- Propose new ways of working to deliver best practice.
