Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Basic communication in English.
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions, including a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and climb using ladders.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours or more per shift.
  • Able to meet all productivity standards.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently receive product shipments, stock products, pick products accurately, pack products, and ship products to salons while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Accurately pick products using an RF scanner from shelving, carton flow racks, forward case pick, and replenishment or put-away locations, then place products in containers on a conveyor belt.
  • Cut open replenishment boxes and deposit products at the appropriate picking locations.
  • Organize and properly pack pick boxes in preparation for shipping.
  • Load trucks with palletized products or products from the conveyor line.
  • Safely operate a variety of powered equipment to transport products throughout the warehouse.
  • Unload and break down inbound products, receive inbound merchandise, and process returns.
  • Perform parcel quality-control inspections, cycle counting, location-error adjustments, product transfers, reports and queries, consolidation, error investigation, and item and location maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
