About the role

For our PLD IT & Digital Excellence Team, we are looking for a working student with up to 20 h / week for 1 year to support our team as soon as possible. The position can be located in Munich, Mannheim, Neuss or Witzenhausen.

What You Will Do

• Understand the shared and unique business needs of PLD and support our stakeholders across 7 factories, Commercial, Product Services and Support Functions, to facilitate the smooth administration & execution of our project portfolio 

• Work with cross functional teams to facilitating effective communication ensuring smooth project planning & execution process 

• Support IT Director to monitor and ensure compliance with IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards using ITSM tools and platforms. Ensuring delivery to all PLD sites meets expectations 

• Support continuous improvement and organizational efficiency activities and projects as needed 

Who You Are

• Enrolled Bachelor or Master student (d/f/m) in Information Technology, Management or Business Administration with a technical focus in a German university or university of applied sciences

• Analytical thinking and data driven with a strong interest in AI technologies

• Very confident in using MS Office applications, Power BI is a plus

• Excellent communicator with all stakeholders, self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about continuous improvement and teamwork

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
