  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
  • CPA, JD, LLM or MST required
  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional services experience required
  • Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions
Responsibilities
  • Take a lead role on all aspects of tax engagements, supervise/mentor staff, and build/maintain relationships with clients
  • Achieving associated growth goals in revenue, team head count and key ecosystem relationships
  • Being a focal point for collaboration, coordination and communication with your team and the national practice
  • Identifying and leading a coordinated, cross functional team to pursue technology and emerging growth opportunities
  • Assisting with establishing and achieving specific revenue and service growth goals for the region
  • Actively participating in strategy sessions, marketing calls and events with the regional and National technology team
  • Working with industry, service line engagement teams to ensure appropriate resources and deliverables are provided to our technology clients
  • Providing routine insight in to the technology landscape and your associated clients based on your relevant and tangible experience and communicate it to firm leadership
  • Providing thought leadership
  • Actively participating in and contributing to the industry and service line leadership providing perspective and commentary on areas of opportunity and challenge
