- Five or more years of experience as a lead developer and designer using the IBM WebSphere suite.
- Experience analyzing and understanding the design of existing WebSphere solutions.
- Experience identifying business processes and creating information technology solutions that deliver those functions in WebSphere.
- Strong communication skills (visual and verbal) and demonstrated experience using those skills to convey innovative solutions to IT and business management.
- Experience with Java development.
- Experience with SAP IDOCs and EDI.
- Experience with architecture and design of WebSphere Process Server.
- Experience on WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) Tool to develop WebSphere Process Server components.
- Familiar with Mediations, State machines and WebSphere Adapters (SAP, JDBC, File).
- Strong expertise in design, development and configuration of applications leveraging IBM WebSphere Process Server.
- Experience in message modeling, XML, XSLT.
- Technical/Functional Skills: Java/J2EE, IBM WebSphere Process Server, IBM WBI adapters, SAP Adapter.
