Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Foundational knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, employment laws, and talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry- and mid-level positions using established recruiting processes and best practices to achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Prepare employment offers, coordinate approvals, and facilitate offer acceptance in partnership with hiring managers and People leadership.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, background checks, offer documentation, and pre-employment activities to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate requisitions, candidate records, and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Support recruiting operations through reporting, documentation, process administration, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through recruiting campaigns, social media, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and community engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, operational efficiency, and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies.

The milestone follows the company's funding round this summer, in which it raised more than $1 billion. The investment was led by Summit Partners. The company specialises in digital identity management and cryptography services.

Keyfactor acquires Cofide to manage verified identities for AI agents and software workloads

Keyfactor has announced plans to acquire Cofide, a UK-based platform that issues verified identities to software workloads and AI agents in cloud environments. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cofide addresses the security gap created by automated systems vastly outnumbering employees in enterprise environments. Most are still secured with static credentials that can be copied or stolen. The platform replaces these with unique, short-lived verified identities using cryptographic proof, built on open standards including SPIFFE, OAuth and OIDC. The acquisition will integrate Cofide into Keyfactor's Trust Control Plane, creating a unified system for managing non-human identities alongside certificates and keys. Cofide's team and technology join immediately. Keyfactor raised over one billion dollars earlier this month for machine identity and post-quantum trust initiatives.
