Drees Custom Homes opens model at Grand Central Park as new amenity lake nears debut. by Emily Marek August 26, 2026 Drees Custom Homes opened the first of three new model homes expected at the Grand Central Park master-planned community in Conroe. Located at 334 Silver Sage St., Drees Custom Homes' model features home designs for 60-foot lots. Perry Homes is also set to open a model at 449 Quinn River Drive, while Westin Homes will open a model at 445 Quinn River Road. Full closeout is expected at Grand Central Park in less than a year. Pre-sales for the MPC originally began in 2016, with the community now nearing a full decade of new-home sales. Deer Lake Park, a new amenity water feature in the community, is set to open soon. The lake includes a kayak launch and fishing pier, as well as a pavilion, picnic areas, fire pit and hammock grove. The MPC is also adding to its commercial offerings with the opening of EOS Fitness. Also joining the commercial corridor and City Central are JETSET Pilates, Rooms To Go, La-Z-Boy, Ashley Furniture and the Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, all in various stages of development and construction.
