Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in all DOT Compliance state and federal regulations for Lowe’s Delivery Fleet performance, monitoring, key metrics, communication, and continuous improvement efforts.

•Represents the Delivery Fleet through interactions with 3PL service providers, Lowe’s Supply Chain, Store Operations and other Lowe’s delivery nodes

•Interprets and communicates performance measurements and reports any conditions affecting service level thresholds to Fleet and Delivery leadership; organizes data in a meaningful manner to facilitate resolution.

•Executes data collection and analysis to support and monitor Delivery Fleet performance, Coordinates with appropriate personnel to resolve discrepancies.

•Supports network expansion projects, facility start-ups, and new process development.

•Performs other tasks as assigned to improve Delivery Fleet efficiency, quality of service, and overall Fleet DOT compliance

•Assists training team(s) in obtaining materials, assists them with the knowledge transfer of the solution functionality, wherever Delivery/Fleet DOT Business Solution(s) training support is necessary

•Documents the requirement(s), qualifies the requirements, performs high cost/benefit analysis, and assists in planning and staging deployment through realization of the benefit
