About the Opportunity:

The Worldcoin project has never been more visible or had a more engaged online audience. As the Social Media Content Lead at TFH, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust social media content strategy to help educate, foster community, drive engagement, increase brand awareness and enhance the online presence of both TFH and the Worldcoin project. 

You will work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment to create high-quality, engaging content strategically tailored to social media platforms including X, TikTok and Instagram as well as region-specific platforms. This role requires an ambitious and creative thinker with a passion for visual content creation, a deep understanding of social media content and how to reach and engage with crypto natives as well as normies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will: 

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a dynamic social media content strategy that’s aligned with the team goals and objectives.
• Content Creation/Production: Create and publish engaging content for social platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience in a variety of ways including liking/responding to comments and leveraging internal team members
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, etc.) to evaluate and optimize the social media content strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, comms and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed on emerging trends in social media marketing and content creation, looking for opportunities to trend-jack, experiment and uplevel the brand across social media.

About you:

• A working understanding of the Worldcoin project, its mission, component parts and key contributing entities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to work, either remotely or in person, in a fast-paced, exciting startup environment that requires and always-on mentality
• Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy development, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency setting
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, and social media management platforms
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends, with the ability to tailor content strategies accordingly
• Solid copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships internally and externally
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Prior Web3 / crypto experience a plus
