Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product design, encompassing all stages from product strategy to overseeing final production performance
  • Deep understanding of design principles complemented by analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated expertise as a UX generalist with skills in user research (UXR), UX writing, UI design, high-fidelity prototyping, user testing and maintaining design documentation

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to discovery and definition stage decisions using design thinking to address user challenges effectively
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to create experiences across multiple products and platforms without sacrificing consistency and simplicity
  • Use data to help inform design decisions that result in the best experience for our users
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to understand requirements, prototype innovative solutions, design user interfaces, maintain comprehensive design documentation and deliver precise UI specifications to the development team
  • Refine optimization based on a combination of user research, production analytics and business goals
