- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN required
- One year of current nursing experience required
- Active, unrestricted nursing license in state of practice
- BLS certification required
- Provides infusion and other skilled nursing care to patients such as patient assessments, patient/caregiver education, responding to emergency patient needs
- Exceptional time management skills, good clinical judgement, and the ability to multi-task
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times; strictly follows HIPAA laws and regulations
- Participates in staff meetings and in-services as required
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and patients
- Abides by organizational policies and procedures as well as state/federal rules/regulations
- Two years of nursing experience preferred
- One year of infusion therapy experience preferred, including patient assessment skills, venous access skills and emergency patient care
- Infusion experience prior to this role is a plus
