Requirements
  • Lead the development of demand generation marketing strategies across key channels: SEO, SEM, social, email, blog, website, that align with the overall Marketing team strategies
  • Develop and manage the budget for all marketing programs
  • Align team members with strategies and help execute on campaigns through executing on paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social ads, SEM, etc), as well as organic, with a focus on driving net new volume and maximizing ROI
  • Measure the effectiveness of online content and organize strategies based on the data
  • Forecast, analyze, measure ROI, and report on campaign performance and deliver reports to revenue leadership on a regular cadence
  • Provide benchmarks across demand generation activities and research competition
  • Identify specific target markets and provide team members with direction on how campaigns can be personalized to dial in communication to each segments
  • Stay atop the latest marketing best practices, tools and technology
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages and ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns
  • Use data-based analysis and A/B testing to determine what's working well and develop internal baseline standards to drive clarity and optimize efforts across the team
  • Collaborate with cross-team leaders in various business units and/or vendors to define KPIs and build aligned campaign strategies
  • Be an advocate, and own testing and data-driven conversion optimization via a strong partnership with the analytics, user experience, and web testing teams
  • Align with revenue teams and product to ensure demand generation campaigns reflect current business priorities, messaging strategies and goals
  • Collaborate with key Thought Leaders within Dwolla to engage them in external marketing initiatives when applicable
Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B demand generation required
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Experience working in SaaS/Payments/Banking/FinTech industry is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Deep strategic expertise across key channels: PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Website
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Proven ability building an existing brand and creating a demand generation engine to fuel sales
  • Proficient in prospecting, remarketing, and ABM campaigns on all major social platforms
  • Proven track record in working with cross functional teams, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Excellent quantitative skills are a must
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven creative thinking that can generate and execute innovative marketing ideas for integrated campaigns
  • Great attitude and a team player
