- Take responsibility of Cheese, oversee and manage day to day cheese production processes, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality standard & Recoveries
- Monitor and maintain the efficiency of Production lines, equipment’s and staff for optimal cheese production output
- Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety and Sanitation standard, Operations SOP, Product quality standard including HACCP & GMP protocols
- Analyze product non-conformances and suggest / implement corrective actions in consultation with superiors and subordinates
- Ensure cleanliness & hygiene of personnel, equipment’s and the section as per the set standards during operations
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, standard operating procedures, product quality standards and hygiene requirements
- Ensure Partner shift compliance as EHS standard, conduct regular inspection of the production area to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure that all forms of packed Processed cheese meet targeted specifications
- Account for FG/ rework/over fill /scrap generated in the shift & VOM control
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, HR and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues & optimize performance
- Minimize losses of product, packing material and utilities as well as rework inventory
- Comply with the requirements of the Food Safety Management Systems
