Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Lending Specialists, Financial Advisors and Market Leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products and solutions to support client needs and drive business growth
  • Establish and implement standardized sales processes and best practices across the field to ensure consistent, disciplined execution and drive sustainable lending growth
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives by centralizing and delivering field engagement content, facilitating weekly best practices sessions, and equipping Advisors with timely, actionable resources to enhance client conversations
  • Drive lending opportunities by offering recommendations and insights based on credit policies, market data, and client profiles, enabling Advisors to make informed decisions and unlock new growth
  • Champion a culture of data-driven accountability by tracking key performance metrics, analyzing trends, and sharing insights that inform strategy and highlight areas for improvement
  • Demonstrate decisiveness and sound judgment in high-volume and ambiguous situations, consistently striving for optimal outcomes for both clients and the firm

The move comes as part of broader efforts to strengthen external financing, alongside preparations for the country's first Panda Bond issuance supported by agreements with multilateral lenders, according to a press release issued. Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, shared these developments during a meeting with senior representatives of JP Morgan Chase on the sidelines of the World Bank-IMF Spring Meetings in Washington, D.C. He also briefed the delegation on counter-indemnity agreements signed with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), expressed appreciation for financial support from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and assured that the financing proposals and market options discussed would be carefully reviewed.
