Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Internalize and own provided curricula to deliver high-quality instruction to the transitional kindergarten class every day.
  • Prepare supplemental resources that lead students to a deep understanding of content.
  • Implement school-wide and classroom routines and procedures with fidelity to ensure a healthy learning environment.
  • Inspire student motivation and investment in behavioral and academic expectations by implementing and maintaining clear, consistent expectations.
  • Analyze class and individual student performance, adjust lesson plans and instructional methods based on data, and create a long-term plan for unfinished learning.
  • Communicate clearly and often with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectations.
