Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
- Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
- Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
- Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances project requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.
- Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.
- Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.
- Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet.
- Has experience in Tool evaluation and recommendation in ECM space.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations.
- Should have experience in working with Global teams.
