What you’ll be doing:

• Identify potentially problematic areas to proactively catch issues with features on our platform
• Strategize on how to approach testing to efficiently use resources and time to achieve our goals
• Create test cases to document coverage and considerations
• Coach other team members on how to test to spread our knowledge across teams
• Execute manual testing to ensure that features being developed are up to standard
• Provide reports on testing results to help identify problems and patterns of issues

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven years of experience in technical QA or software engineering
• Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising
• A strategy-focused individual who is able to adapt quickly to change
• Experience identifying root causes of technical issues and complex technical problems/questions
• Experience querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and coaching them on testing plans, strategies, and guiding them through the execution 
• Strong communication skills to explain complex situations to team members and clients
• Knowledge of web app test automation especially with Playwright and Typescript is an asset
• Leadership experience is a strong asset
