Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience — full-stack, backend, or systems engineering backgrounds preferred; Salesforce as the primary platform is not required, but production-grade SFDC development experience is.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including production-grade SFDC development across more than one Salesforce instance and experience managing a broader SFDC ecosystem beyond CRM.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce Flows for complex automation across objects and entry points.
  • Experience with or active curiosity about agent-based development and workflow orchestration — including Agentforce (Salesforce-native), integration and orchestration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, n8n), or custom-built agent layers. Production experience is a plus; demonstrated experimentation and a point of view on where agents create leverage is the floor.
  • Minimum Salesforce Admin Certification. (3+ certifications preferred).
  • Experience with data modeling, complex object relationships, and managing schema changes in production orgs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Builder Mindset: Default to building modular, reusable systems — not one-off solutions that only work for today's requirements.
  • Builder Mindset: Write clean, maintainable code and documentation without being asked.
  • Builder Mindset: Understand the difference between a quick fix and a durable solution, and know when each is appropriate.
  • Builder Mindset: Know when to build, when to configure, when to integrate, and when to orchestrate — and understand that reaching for a new tool or agent is a design decision with maintenance consequences, not just a build shortcut.
  • Builder Mindset: Experience designing integrations with third-party platforms via REST APIs and reasoning about schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity.
  • Builder Mindset: Full-stack curiosity is a genuine plus: the builders who thrive here bring patterns from outside the Salesforce ecosystem — backend development, API design, agent frameworks — and know how to apply them where they create leverage.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automations including Flows, Apex triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components — and increasingly, agent-based and AI-native workflows — with clean architecture and long-term maintainability as the baseline expectation.
  • Develop scalable data models and object architectures across pre-sale and post-sale GTM workflows
  • Build and integrate APIs connecting Salesforce to tools across our GTM stack — including chat and deflection, telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI, and data pipeline platforms — ensuring clean data flow, reliable handoffs, and schema integrity across systems. Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt as the data layer is a plus.
  • Design and evaluate AI-native workflows across Salesforce and adjacent tools — knowing when an agent or orchestration layer creates genuine leverage, when traditional automation is more reliable and auditable, and how to build either with appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Build modular, reusable components that can flex as business processes evolve.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications — whether the solution is Salesforce-native, an integration, or an AI-native workflow — ensuring clarity before anything is built.
  • Design and execute structured UAT processes — writing test cases, coordinating stakeholder testing, and resolving issues before deployment.
  • Manage your own backlog: prioritize work, communicate status proactively, and flag blockers before they become problems.
  • Document what you build so the team can maintain it, not just you.
  • Instrument SLAs, funnel metrics, and operational KPIs across Salesforce and connected systems, enabling leading-indicator visibility for the GTM team.
  • Monitor the health of automations, integrations, and AI-native workflows in production — with error logging, alert triggers, and failure handling that surfaces problems before users do.
  • Identify and fix data quality issues — duplicate records, 15 vs. 18-digit ID mismatches, stale field values — that erode reporting reliability.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that surface the right information for WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
  • Proactively identify where process breaks down in the data and bring solutions to the table.
  • Contribute to solution design before a spec is finalized — ask the right questions, pressure-test assumptions, and ensure requirements are clear and complete before anything is built. If scope is shifting, surface it early rather than build through the ambiguity.
  • Push back on scope creep proactively: flag changes in writing, before they affect the build, and help the team understand the tradeoff.
  • Partner with our GTM Systems Architect on solution design and with our GTM Engineers on delivery, UAT coordination, and post-launch stability.
  • Engage directly with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to understand how GTM users work day-to-day — and use that context to build solutions that reduce friction, not add to it.
  • Skilled at extracting clear requirements from vague requests and messy conversations.
  • Proactively push back on scope creep before it happens — in writing, on the record — and do so diplomatically.
  • Experience running UAT processes: writing test scripts, coordinating business testers, logging, and triaging defects.
  • Manage work in a structured way — sprint planning, backlog prioritization, deployment coordination, and release management — comfortable operating in both agile and mini-waterfall models depending on scope and complexity, in an environment where process maturity is still being built. Uses Linear, Jira, or similar and communicates status proactively without being asked.
  • GTM Fluency: Understand the end-to-end B2B GTM funnel: how leads become opportunities, how opportunities become customers, and how customers renew
  • GTM Fluency: Familiarity with the core workflows that drive revenue: lead routing, lifecycle stage management, opportunity management, and CS handoffs.
  • GTM Fluency: Understand the difference between deterministic automation, AI-assisted workflows, and agentic execution — and can map GTM use cases to the right tier based on reliability, auditability, and complexity requirements.
  • GTM Fluency: Experience with GTM tools across marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS platforms — and comfort picking up new tools as the stack evolves.
  • GTM Fluency: Ability to connect business metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, ARR) to the technical systems that produce them.
  • AI & Automation: Apply AI where it genuinely improves decision quality or reduces manual work; apply traditional automation where it's more reliable, auditable, or maintainable; and recognize when the fix is process or people, not technology.
  • AI & Automation: When you do reach for AI, design it properly — think through the data model, the edge cases, and the guardrails, not just the feature.
  • AI & Automation: Actively experiment with AI-native tools and agent frameworks outside your day job — and bring a point of view on where they create leverage in GTM systems, not just a general familiarity with the space.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in entertainment, media production, or a similarly project-based industry.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certification.
  • Experience building outside the Salesforce ecosystem — APIs, lightweight backends, data pipelines, or agent frameworks (e.g., Agentforce, MuleSoft, n8n) — and bringing those patterns into GTM systems work.
  • Experience implementing or integrating telephony systems (e.g., TalkDesk, Dialpad, Zoom Contact Center).
  • Proficiency with UI/UX wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) for communicating design intent.

Wrapbook Acquires TV and Film Production Scheduling Platform Cinapse

Wrapbook acquires TV and film production scheduling platform Cinapse. LOS ANGELES - The payroll and production accounting platform Wrapbook has announced the acquisition of Cinapse, a modern scheduling platform for film and television. Wrapbook said that the deal advances its vision for a connected production back office - linking scheduling, payroll, and accounts payable into one unified ecosystem. The acquisition also reflects a broader shift in the industry toward uniting creative and financial workflows as productions look to align planning, costs, and delivery more closely. Cinapse has powered more than $6 billion in productions, including "Euphoria", "The Boys", "Shrinking, Outer Banks", and "High Potential". Wrapbook also reported that productions at studios including Netflix, Disney, Apple TV, NBCUniversal, Paramount, and Sony rely on Cinapse to manage complex, multi-unit productions. "Cinapse and Wrapbook share a vision for how modern productions should operate as fully connected, collaborative and efficient," said Herman Phillips, co-founder and CEO of Cinapse. "Together, we're building what every filmmaker and studio has wanted for decades: one seamless system that connects scheduling, budgeting, and payroll from prep to wrap. By combining Wrapbook's financial infrastructure with Cinapse's real-time scheduling technology, we're giving ADs, producers, and directors tools that restore control over time, money, and creativity." Built for modern film and television, Cinapse simplifies multi-unit scheduling, enables real-time collaboration, and continues to capture market share from legacy tools like Movie Magic Scheduling. "Cinapse is the best scheduling platform on the market," said Ali Javid, CEO and co-founder of Wrapbook. "This acquisition isn't about expanding for expansion's sake - it's about aligning two mission-critical workflows. Together, we're redefining how productions plan and track every dollar of their creative process."
