Responsibilities
  • Provide post-offer screening, onboarding, and offboarding support to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams.
  • Receive and review onboarding triggers, including new-hire Employee Status Forms and other forms.
  • Use technology to manage pre-employment screening requirements and communicate with the local field-office Business Support Associate as needed.
  • Ensure potential contract employees comply with pre-employment screening guidelines and remove noncompliant candidates from the process.
  • Enter and manage background-check, drug-testing, and medical-screening processes for contractors.
  • Manage the human-resources folder process to ensure onboarding paperwork is completed on time.
  • Promote direct deposit, electronic deposit, and CashPay usage to contractors and clients.
  • Provide pre-employment documents and screening requirements to consultants for review and signature.
  • Keep client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents current and validated with Compliance departments.
  • Manage client requirements for onboarding packets, including authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks.
  • Update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until the candidate or consultant is cleared to start.
  • Enter new-hire data, onboarding updates, and required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Document candidate and contractor touchpoints and communicate updates in a timely manner.
  • Support onboarding issue resolution by coordinating required field activities and contractor follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and timeliness.
