Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles, features, financing options, and competitive products.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from test drives to closing sales, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any questions, and encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth transaction process for all customers.
  • Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on Ford products and sales techniques.
