Requirements
  • An Associate degree or higher is required.
  • One to three years of experience in higher education career services, the placement industry, or Student Affairs is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, is required.
  • Experience with goal setting or quotas to meet designated outcomes is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills, including attention to detail, are required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Knowledge of or relationships with the community and local employment opportunities are required.
  • Advanced critical-thinking skills for training and career guidance are required.
  • Evening and possibly some weekend work is required.
  • The ability to use computers and computer systems, including hardware and software, to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks is required.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned placement accreditation benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, graduates, and alumni to ensure continuity of contact, understanding of skills and needs, and effective job matching.
  • Maintain documentation in CampusNexus and Graduate Employment files accurately and on time.
  • Deliver or facilitate professional development workshops through Pathway to Placement and other community resources.
  • Build and maintain employer relationships to ensure continuity and successful Concorde graduate placement.
  • Manage the student interview process, including timely and professional follow-up and coordination.
  • Assist in planning and participate in campus activities such as graduation ceremonies, job fairs, and PAC meetings.
  • Perform other assigned duties, including Student Appreciation events.
