AnySignal is seeking a Head of People to lead and scale our people operations. As a rapidly growing company at the forefront of RF solutions and services, we understand that our people are our greatest asset. The Head of People will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and nurturing a culture that empowers our employees, drives performance, and aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a people strategy focused on talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention.

- Partner with leadership to ensure the organization has the structure and capabilities to achieve strategic objectives.

- Foster a collaborative and productive workplace culture.

- Oversee performance management and employee development processes.

- Design systems for compensation, benefits, and recognition.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.

- Advise leadership and employees on people-related matters.

- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

- Manage HRIS platforms (e.g., Zenefits, TriNet).

- Develop and execute training programs and ensure policy compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven organizations.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling people operations and programs.

- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
