- Build and test solutions; support solutions through entire Software Development Life Cycle; code/develop to specification
- Respond to escalated support requests (Tier 2); conduct unit testing of own work; troubleshoot issues; participate in project meetings; provide updates to project team; develop estimates for own work
- Install, configure and troubleshoot issues for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Agile/PLM, Oracle GRC, and Oracle WebLogic
- Code/develop minor enhancements for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Agile/PLM, and Oracle GRC
- Assist in the integration of the three products with other internal Biogen applications through a Service-Oriented Architecture platform
