Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Law School programs, including conferences, conventions, meetings and other program-related events.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures used by students and faculty.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Program Coordinators.
  • Assist with tracking program expenditures.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding program requirements.
  • Assist in developing promotional and communication materials, which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.
  • Provide support to the Dean’s Executive Assistant as needed.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required.
