Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences or other related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by Spring 2026
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your co-op with Sanofi.
  • Must be able to relocate to our Waltham office location work 40hrs./week for the duration of the Co-op
  • Must have permanent US work authorization
  • Preferably some R&D experience from lab courses or other experiences in biochemistry, cell culture, aseptic technique, or lab automated systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, and ability to work independently and on a team, under supervision.
  • Able to perform experiments from verbal or written instructions, while learning and applying new concepts and research procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Complete specific laboratory research tasks under supervision and demonstrate high productivity and consistency, with high quality data.
  • Learn about the fields of Biochemistry by reading scientific literature and interacting with supervisor and team.
  • Maintain and update experiment notebooks according to QA requirements.
  • Participate in lab and equipment maintenance, and re-stocking lab supplies.
  • Attend group meetings and presents data.
