ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for managing team of 7-8 persons and achievement of assigned Sales Target. Building long lasting relationship with the Customers and KOL, providing feedback to superior on the developments in the areas of business interest, explore & develop business in major dairy states and implementation of Companies Policies and Procedure. Customer interaction to understand their needs and offer the right solutions. Support & Development of Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role.
- Demand generation for Livestock Monitoring and Milking System
- Key Customer working - Identifying & creating awareness for Livestock Monitoring and Milking System among the key customers – Farmer with dairy animals (30 to 1000 animals )
- Retaining and expanding business for key customers for Livestock Monitoring and Milking System
- Selling these products by using Action selling Process steps.
- After sale services – resolving customer query related to Livestock Monitoring and Milking System by coordinating with technical team & sales service team
- Coordinating among customers, channel partners & service managers to deliver customer value.
- Liaison with Vet Colleges & Institutions – representing company in programmes arranged by vet colleges and institutions
- Development of good rapport with Milk union and other NGO’s for business volumes.
- Responsible for Outstanding/recoveries pertaining to Livestock Monitoring and Milking System for their territory.
- Compliance to Business Principles
- Prompt submission of DFAR / TE.
- Growth and expansion of Livestock Monitoring and Milking products to make our organization AH leading company in their territory against increasing competition phase.
- Attaining desired growth as per traffic light model.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Sciences with minimum 6 years’ experience in sales profile of animal health/veterinary products
- Sound knowledge of dairy farming practices & healthcare
