Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in data
  • 5+ product management experience
  • A track record of delivering results with a fully-remote geographically distributed engineering team
  • Strong communication skills
  • A track record of using data to inform your decisions and build consensus
Responsibilities
  • Lead our designers, researcher, customers, prospects and companies that are trying to use customer data to deliver on these use cases (e.g. personalization, recommendation, segmentation, dynamic promotions, dynamic pricing, product analytics, root cause analysis, fraud detection etc.), to understand their challenges
  • Use that understanding to develop a roadmap, and test that with that broad set of stakeholders
  • Drive the delivery of that roadmap in collaboration with design and engineering
  • Support our commercial teams (product marketing, marketing, sales, customer) so that they understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, and are successfully marketing, selling and supporting customers use this technology to solve their problems
  • Collaborate with our customers to understand how it is working for them, and iterate it accordingly
